Aster Dawn ("Aster Dawn," "we," "us," or "our"), owned and operated by Jesse Rupekar, provides growth advisory and consulting services to marketing, creative, SEO, paid media, lead generation, and web agencies. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit https://asterdawn.com (the "Site") or engage with our services.

Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Information you provide directly. When you complete our Agency Assessment, book an Agency Growth Review through Calendly, or email us, you may provide your name, business name, email address, role, website, agency size, revenue range, and details about your operations and goals.
  • Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics providers may automatically collect technical information including IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time spent on pages, clicks, scroll behavior, and approximate location derived from IP.
  • Information from third-party services. When you schedule a meeting through Calendly or submit a form through Google Forms, those services collect information on our behalf and share it with us.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver, maintain, and improve our advisory services;
  • Review and respond to Agency Assessment submissions and Growth Review bookings;
  • Communicate with you about your inquiry, engagement, or related professional updates;
  • Operate, secure, and improve the Site;
  • Understand how visitors use the Site through aggregated analytics;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell your personal information.

Google Analytics

We may use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors interact with the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as pages visited, time on site, referring source, device, and approximate geographic location. This information is aggregated and used to improve the Site's content and performance.

Google may process this data in the United States and other countries. You can learn more about Google's practices at policies.google.com/privacy and opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On.

Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity, a behavioral analytics service provided by Microsoft Corporation, to understand how visitors use the Site through metrics, heatmaps, and session recordings. Clarity captures information such as mouse movements, clicks, scrolling, pages visited, browser, device, and approximate geographic location. The information is used to improve the Site's usability and content.

Microsoft processes this information in accordance with its own privacy practices. Learn more at the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage and pixels) to operate essential features, remember preferences, and support analytics through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect how some parts of the Site function.

Contact Forms and Assessments

Aster Dawn does not operate its own contact form on the Site. Inquiries are handled through:

  • The Agency Assessment, hosted on Google Forms. Submissions are processed and stored by Google on our behalf and shared with Aster Dawn for review.
  • Agency Growth Reviews, scheduled through Calendly. Calendly collects the information necessary to book and confirm meetings and shares it with us.
  • Direct email sent to us at the address below.

Use of these third-party tools is also governed by their own privacy policies.

Email Communications

When you submit the Agency Assessment, book a Growth Review, or otherwise contact us, we may use your email address to respond to your inquiry, share materials related to your engagement, or send occasional updates relevant to agency growth.

Every non-transactional email we send includes an unsubscribe option. You may also opt out at any time by emailing us. Transactional emails relating to an active engagement may continue for the duration of that engagement.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, including providing our services, meeting business and accounting obligations, and complying with legal requirements. Assessment responses and engagement records are typically retained for the duration of the client relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

Third-Party Services

The Site and our operations rely on a small number of trusted third-party services, which may receive information as described above:

  • Google — Google Forms (Agency Assessment), Google Analytics, and related Google Workspace tools.
  • Calendly — scheduling and confirming Agency Growth Reviews.
  • Microsoft Clarity — product and behavioral analytics.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers — used to deliver the Site reliably and securely.

Each of these providers processes information under its own privacy practices. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party sites or services linked from ours.

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you;
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • Request deletion of your personal information;
  • Object to or restrict certain processing;
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;

Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms offered by our service providers.

Children's Privacy

The Site and our services are intended for business professionals and are not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
